As a former key account manager, sales director and publisher within the insurance group, Phil is a positive change maker who has always developed his teams into multi-platform, marketing solutions providers. Phil believes we need to champion the markets we serve as well as challenge them and is passionate about launching new events and digital propositions that deliver value to our audiences as well as our clients. Outside of work, Phil is an ‘enthusiastic’ footballer and golfer who believes he could be a lot better at both if he had the one thing he is missing…. Talent!

Incisive Media's Director of Marketing Solutions has over 12 years of experience within the insurance sector workings on brands such as Post, Insurance Age and Insurance Hound. She has bred a culture of innovation through commercial teams who are able to assist their clients build the most tailored campaigns whilst meeting business objectives; clients who wish to reach, engage with and influence the audiences within the Insurance group and across multi-platforms. Katy PierisGroup Sales Manager

As Group Sales Manager, Katy is primarily responsible for developing bespoke marketing solutions for a broad range of service providers, including technology companies, law firms, loss adjusters, and consultancies. With over nine years' experience, Katy has a proven track-record of establishing and developing strong client relationships, enabling her to become an extension of her clients marketing team. She is passionate about delivering cross-platform solutions to provide end to end marketing campaigns. Katy is pro-actively involved in all of Incisive Media’s departments, which involves coordinating with editorial, operations, production and marketing to enable creative campaigns and ensuring the right results are delivered. Ed YoungSenior Account Manager

Ed joined the team in the summer of 2015 to assist with the growing level of technology vendors and consultancies looking to engage with Insurers in the UK and Europe. He has brought extensive experience in building digital campaigns and bespoke content led projects for the technology market. Holding eight years of experience in media sales, a large portion of which launching successful events and digital solutions in horizontal UK&I B2B technology, he delivers a reliable ear to consult on media planning within the Insurance sector. Talkative and easy-going, Edward’s a people person with a passion for politics and charity work. However we all have our faults and being a lifelong Chelsea fan he divides opinion.

Stacey GeorgiouCampaign Manager

Stacey works within the Insurance sector across Post, Insurance Age and Insurance Hound. She ensures numerous campaigns are delivered effectively and meets client objectives by analysing the performance in bespoke analytical feedback reports. She also liaises with various internal teams to ensure online campaigns are delivered efficiently, proactively optimising campaigns to increase performance. Additionally Stacey uses her experience from her business and marketing degree to implement marketing techniques through online and email campaigns for bespoke campaigns and events. With a creative flair, Stacey immerses herself in a variety of projects within the company and is the support that the sales team needs to ensure all clients are happy clients.

Chris WadeSenior Campaign Manager

Chris joined Incisive Media in 2010 as research assistant before playing a pivotal role in the launch of Insurance Hound and Accountancy Age Insight in 2011. Now employed as a Senior Campaign Manager, Chris’ main responsibilities cover all lead generation campaigns and bespoke research projects for Post’s clients. In addition, Chris provides marketing support to the events team on occasion and plays a key role in the delivery of integrated campaigns. Outside work , Chris is a keen Speedway fan and enjoys watching GP meetings across Europe.

Baker joined the team at Incisive Media in October 2015. To work across the insurance brands; Post, Insurance Age and Insurance Hound, his main responsibilities consist of providing creative solutions for clients across the print and digital platforms, whilst specialising in some core events. Baker has worked in the financial services industry for over 5½ years. He couples this experience with his belief, attitude and commitment towards customer satisfaction to make sure his clients receive the best possible service. Outside of work he is a huge sports enthusiast, with football and boxing being his biggest passions.

Mark BaringAccount Manager

Having previously work in Incisive Media’s corporate subscriptions department for three and a half years, Mark re-joined in April 2016 in the Insurance team working across Post, Insurance Age and Insurance Hound. His role includes advising clients on the best possible solutions across our print, digital and event platforms. Mark has now been working in financial services for 5+ years. Using that experience as well as his positive attitude and enthusiasm to ensure his clients have the best possible customer experience. Outside work, Mark is a passionate but very amateur sportsman and proud to be a captain of his local cricket team back in Oxfordshire.

Incisive Media’s insurance division content director Jonathan Swift has written and commented about the insurance industry for over 17 years across both Post and Insurance Age. He has appeared on television speaking about topics as diverse as the insurance implications of Michael Jackson's death to the consequences of consolidation on motor premiums; and is a past winner of the British Insurance Brokers' Association journalist of the year and Association of British Insurers general insurance trade journalist prizes.

Stephanie DentonEditor (Post)

Stephanie began writing about insurance over 13 years ago, and joined the Post team as a reporter in 2004. Since then she has worked her way various roles on the magazine and became editor in 2013. In addition to writing about the insurance industry, Stephanie also has a thing or two to say about it, and is often asked to comment on various areas of the industry on television and radio. As editor, Stephanie is also heavily involved in the brand’s events, and is instrumental on both the Rehabilitation First Awards, and the British Insurance Awards judging panels. Emmanuel joined Incisive Media in 2009 as a reporter on Professional Broking magazine. Just under 12 months later he won the Biba trophy for most promising new comer in insurance trade journalism and has since followed this up with a series of further awards. In December 2010 Emmanuel joined Insurance Age as a senior reporter before moving up to the position of features editor. He took on the editor’s role in June 2012. When not pondering insurance matters he likes to let his mind wander while walking his two dogs – a Labrador and an Old English Sheepdog.

Siân joined Insurance Age in 2014 as commissioning editor and since then has broken a series of exclusives while looking after features and leading on roundtable coverage for the magazine. In her spare time Camden-dweller Siân enjoys adding to her fledgling vinyl collection, the cinema, running and reading. She also like to escape the city as often as she can in order to go horse-riding and enjoy the countryside.

Hailing from Sweden, Ida worked as a news reporter and sub-editor at a regional newspaper before making the decision to move to England in September 2013. She undertook a year-long master of arts in international journalism at City University London and joined Insurance Age as a reporter in October 2014. She was recognised by the British Insurance Brokers’ Association in its 2015 awards ceremony scooping highly commended in the newcomer to insurance journalism category.
